year. This is why we make every possible effort to process your orders on time,
delivering you a product free from errors. If there is an error in your order, we will
make every effort to correct it.

Our Mistake?

If there are any errors or misprints in your order that were the fault of us, the order
will be promptly corrected, reprinted and shipped to you at no additional expense.

Your Mistake?

If an order is printed exactly as you specified (or as approved) and it contains an
error, we will do our best to work with you getting the order reprinted promptly.  We
will offer any discounts that we may have available, however, we cannot issue
refunds on custom printed products due to customer typos, errors, omissions,
changed dates, etc.
